Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
If you're not happy with our Moko products we will refund you immediately for one (1) item, no questions asked (and no return needed). We love our customers and our guarantee to you is complete satisfaction. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase to ensure that we'll be able to issue a refund.
For orders with multiple items, please reach out to us at support@mokopet.com at any time if you are not satisfied with your order and we'll do our best to make it right.
