Shipping policy

Orders that are placed before 2pm Central Time will be fulfilled within 1 day, Mon-Fri.

Orders that are placed after 2pm Central Time will be fulfilled on the next business day (Mon-Fri).

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

We primarily ship through USPS. After leaving our facility, USPS typically delivers in 3–5 business days. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped. Shipping costs are based on your delivery address and calculated at checkout.

Order issues

If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc.) please contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want our customers to be happy and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up.

Damaged items

If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at support@mokopet.com. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.
