How do I apply the product effectively?

Clean and dry the affected area. Apply ointment directly to the wound. Cover with a sterile bandage. Apply daily until the wound is healed.

Is this product suitable for all dog breeds and ages?

Yes! Moko Manuka Ointment is safe and effective for dogs of all breeds, ages, and skin types, including sensitive skin. It's also suitable for puppies, making it a versatile solution for your dog's skin care needs.

Is it okay if my pet licks the ointment after applying?

All of our Moko products are natural and toxic-free. Our Moko Wound Ointment also contains a subtle citrus flavor which is bitter to dogs and deters them from licking.

Should I leave the affected area covered or uncovered after applying the ointment?

For best results, we recommend that you keep the wound covered with a sterile bandage.  Change the bandage daily and reapply Moko Wound Ointment with each bandage change.

  • Worth every penny!

    Teddy had cut on his leg that became infected and was bothering him. This cleared it up completely within a couple days! Way better than any rx cream! A little bit goes a long way!

    Healing Honey Power

    Wow! Who knew honey could help heal! Well, actually, I kind of did but never thought having a product I could use with my pet. I have been reading about and experimenting with the healing powers of Manuka Honey from New Zealand for quite a while, however I was stoked when I found Moko for my pup Dottie!

    This product is awesome, it looks feels and smells like honey and stays on wounds for a long period of time a d since its natural I know it won’t butcher if she licks it but the good news is that she really doesn’t seem bothered by it. I use it every time she has a minor cut or wound, things always heal up quick. 5/5!

    Finally a natural solution for cuts and scrapes!

    This has been an awesome option for us to use for our active pup’s minor cuts and scrapes. I love that it’s a natural solution, so I have issue using it and certainly don’t have a concern if she licks the are in which it’s applied!

    We’ll be repurchasing this product!

    I LOVE the packaging and presentation of these products. The attention to detail, from the matte finish, to the metal tube, and the addition of a "honeycomb" paper wrapping insulation in the box, really feels similar to luxury products that I have purchased for myself. Once I used the products, they definitely lived up to the packaging! The Ear Wipes and Paw Balm are absolutely amazing, and I'm looking forward to trying the Manuka Wound Ointment when needed. Knowing that the Moko line of products uses Medical Grade Manuka Honey, that gives me peace of mind and confidence for proper care and healing of our pets. Definitely luxury care!
